Dr. Salib graduated from Dental
School in 1974 with an honors degree. Having practiced general dentistry for five years,
he entered Northwestern University Dental School and completed two years attaining a
Masters degree in Prosthodontics in 1981.
In 1982, Dr. Salib completed one year of Maxillofacial Prosthodontics/Dental Oncology at
the M.D. Anderson Hospital and Cancer Institute in Houston, Texas.
From 1983 to the present, Dr. Salib has a private practice in Chicago and has been a
faculty member at Northwestern University Dental School. He has written numerous published
articles and engaged in national dental research. He has presented dental topics on the
national and international levels. Dr. Salib has designed and taught courses to the dental
students and has taught implantology courses to the general dentist and most of all he has
patented an invention for the dental field.
In addition, Dr. Salib is a special consultant for Holy Family Hospital, Desplaines, IL.
Northwest Community Hospital, Palatine, IL in Maxillofacial Prosthodontics/Oral Cancer.
Dr. Salib is a member of numerous societies, among which are, The American Academy of
Maxillofacial Prosthodontics, the M.D. Anderson Associates, The American Academy of
Prosthodontics, The American College of Prosthodontics. |
